dc.description.abstract Idiawaty. 2021. The Influence of Leadership, Work Culture and Additional Employee Income (TPP) on Job Satisfaction of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Tourism Office of Bulukumba Regency (Supervised by Dr. Maryadi, S.E., M.M. and Dr. Muhammad Idris, S.E., M.Si.). This study aims to determine and analyze: 1) The influence of leadership, work culture and additional employee income (TPP) partially on ASN job satisfaction at the Bulukumba Regency Tourism Office, 2) The influence of leadership, work culture and additional employee income (TPP) simultaneously on ASN Job Satisfaction at the Tourism Office of Bulukumba Regency, 3) the most dominant variable has an effect on ASN Job Satisfaction at the Tourism Office of Bulukumba Regency. This type of research is descriptive quantitative method. The research was conducted at the Bulukumba Regency Tourism Office. The study was conducted during May – June 2021 using 35 people as a saturated sample with multiple linear regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis). The results showed that: 1) Leadership and Additional Employee Income had a partial effect on Job Satisfaction of ASN at the Tourism Office of Bulukumba Regency by the significant rate of leadership is 0,003 < 0,05 and by the significant rate of TPP is 0,023 < 0,05. This means that leadership and additional employee income can increase job satisfaction of ASN at the Tourism Office of Bulukumba Regency, 2) Leadership, Work Culture and Additional Employee Income have a simultaneous effect on Job Satisfaction of ASN at the Tourism Office of Bulukumba Regency by the rate of F hitung 23,473 > F tabel 2,911. This means that leadership, work culture and additional employee income are jointly able to increase job satisfaction of ASN at the Tourism Office of Bulukumba Regency, 3) Leadership variable is the variable that has the most influence on job satisfaction of ASN at the Tourism Office of Bulukumba Regency by the rate of variable is 0,424 . This means that the increasing leadership, the job satisfaction will also increase. en_US
