This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of training, promotion, career development and rewards partially on the performance of civil servants in the Pangkep district spatial planning office (2) analyze the effect of training, promotion, career development and awards simultaneously on employee performance. civil servants in the spatial planning service of Pangkep district (3) analyzes the most dominant variables affecting the performance of civil servants in the spatial planning service of Pangkep district.
This study approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at the Pangkep Regency Spatial Planning Office. The time of the research was carried out from May-June 2021. The research population was all 38 employees of the Pangkep Regency Spatial Planning Service. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method (census), namely by determining all the population as a total sample of 38 employees.
The results of this study indicate that (1) training, promotion, career development and awards have a partial effect on the performance of civil servants in the Pangkep Regency spatial planning service (2) training, promotion, career development and awards simultaneously affect the performance of civil servants in the Pangkep Regency spatial planning office and (3) career development is the most dominant variable influencing the performance of civil servants in the Pangkep district spatial planning office.
