PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, PENDIDIKAN DAN PELATIHAN (DIKLAT) TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR KELURAHAN SE-KECAMATAN MALLUSETASI DI KABUPATEN BARRU

Abstract

Indriani. 2021. The Influence of Leadership, Organizational Culture, Education and Training (Diklat) on the Performance of Village Office Employees in Mallusetasi District in Barru Regency. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture, education and training on the performance of the employees of the Kelurahan Office of Mallusetasi District in Barru Regency partially and simultaneously. This research approach uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research was conducted at the Kelurahan Offices of the Mallusetasi District in Barru Regency. When the research was conducted from September to October 2020. The study population was all employees of the Kelurahan Offices in Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency, totaling 37 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using a saturated sampling method (census) by determining all populations as a total sample of 37 employees. The results showed that 1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Kelurahan Offices in Mallusetasi District in Barru Regency and is the dominant variable affecting employee performance, 2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Village Offices in Mallusetasi District. in Barru Regency, 3) Education and training have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Village Office employees in Mallusetasi District in the Regency, and 4) Leadership, organizational culture and education and training together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Village Office employees throughout -Mallusetasi District in Barru Regency.
