Abstract:
Megawati. The Influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Performance Through Job Satisfaction of Civil Servants at the Regional Secretariat Office of Pinrang Regency.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on performance either directly or indirectly through job satisfaction. This study used a descriptive verification research design with an ex post facto approach and a survey. The population used in this study were all civil servants at the Regional Secretariat Office of Pinrang Regency, totaling 147 employees. Sampling in this study was 35% of the population of 51 employees who were determined by simple random. Data were analyzed using path analysis and using SPSS 25.00 software.
The results showed that (1) leadership has a direct effect on job satisfaction, (2) organizational culture has a direct effect on job satisfaction, (3) job satisfaction has a direct effect on performance, (4) leadership has no direct effect on performance, (5) organizational culture does not have a direct effect on performance, (6) leadership has an indirect effect on performance through job satisfaction and (7) organizational culture has an indirect effect on performance through job satisfaction.
