This study aims (1) to analyze the effect of learning media, work environment and work motivation partially on teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency (2) to analyze the effect of learning media, work environment and work motivation simultaneously influence teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency (3) to analyze the most dominant variable affects teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster Katinting, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency.
The study data was obtained through a survey of all teachers in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency, which amounted to 42 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to all research respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software.
The results of this study indicate that (1) work motivation affects the performance of teachers in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. The work environment also has an effect but not significantly on the performance of teachers in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency, while learning media has no effect on the teacher's performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency (2) simultaneously shows that The variables of learning media, work environment and work motivation affect teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency (3) teacher performance is the most dominant variable affecting teacher performance (Y).
