This study aims (1) to analyze the effect of Learning Innovation, Learning Media and Digital Communication Technology partially on Teacher Professionalism Improvement in the Covid 19 Pandemic Period at the State Elementary School Cluster No. 5 Lembang Cina, Bantaeng Regency (2) to analyze the effect of Learning Innovation, Learning Media and Digital Communication Technology simultaneously toward Teacher Professionalism Improvement in the Covid 19 Pandemic Period at the State Elementary School Cluster No. 5 Lembang Cina, Bantaeng Regency (3) to analyze the most dominant variables affects the improvement of Teacher Professionalism in the Covid 19 Pandemic Period in the State Elementary School Cluster No. 5 Lembang Cina, Bantaeng Regency.
A sampling was applied using a saturated sampling technique (census), where all population members were used as research samples. The research data was obtained
through a survey of all teachers in the State Elementary School Cluster No. 5 Lembang
Cina, Bantaeng Regency, totaling 80 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire
with a Likert scale which was distributed to all research respondents. Data analysis used
multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software.
The results of this study note that (1) partially the variables of Learning Innovation and Learning Media have a positive and significant effect toward increasing Teacher Professionalism at the SD Negeri Cluster No 5 lembang Cina, Bantaeng Regency, while the Digital Communication Technology variable has no positive and significant effect on the Improvement of Teacher Professionalism in the State Elementary School Cluster. 5 Lembang Cina, Bantaeng Regency (2) simultaneously shows that the variables of Learning Innovation, Learning Media and Digital Communication Technology have a positive and significant effect toward increasing teacher professionalism in the State Elementary School Cluster No. 5 lembang Cina Bantaeng Regency (3) partially, learning innovation is the most dominant variable affects teacher professionalism improvement (Y).
