The Influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Discipline on Employee Performance in Polewali District, Polewali Mandar Regency (supervised by Asniwati and Deddy Rahmawandi Rahim) This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of leadership style, motivation and discipline partially and simultaneously on employee performance in Polewali District, Polewali Mandar Regency. The research used in this study is a quantitative research method. The data collection technique used is by using questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study amounted to 42 respondents, consisting of all sub-district employees and sub-district officials who were in the organizational structure at the Polewali sub-district office, Polewali Mandar district. The number of samples in this study were 42 people, in which the sample was under 100 people. The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test or simultaneous testing indicate that the Fcount value is 22.856 and Ftable is 2.85. So it shows that Fcount > Ftable with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that simultaneously leadership style, motivation and discipline have a significant influence on employee performance in Polewali District, Polewali Mandar Regency. From the description of the t test, it is known that partially leadership style, motivation and discipline have a significant influence on employee performance in Polewali District, Polewali Mandar Regency. en_US
