Abstract:
Nur Jaya. 2021. The Effect of Commitment, Motivation, and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees of the Industry Service of South Sulawesi Province, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Maryadi.
This study aims to analyze (1) partially the Effect of Commitment, Motivation and Work Discipline of the Employees of the Industry Office of South Sulawesi Province (2) the simultaneous effect of Commitment, motivation and work discipline on the Performance of the Employees of the Industry Service of South Sulawesi Province (3) the most dominant variable effect on the performance of employees of theIndustry Service of South Sulawesi Province.
This research was conducted on the employees of the Industry Office of South Sulawesi Province. Determination of the sample using the saturation technique by taking the entire population, namely as many as 73 employees of the Industry Service of South Sulawesi Province. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study conclude that (1) partially Commitment, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the Employees of the Industry Office of South Sulawesi Province. This means that commitment, motivation and work discipline are able to improve the performance of the employees of the Industry Office of South Sulawesi Province (2) simultaneously Commitment, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Industry Office of South Sulawesi Province (3)partially indicate
that The variable of work discipline has a dominant effect on the Performance of
the Employees of the Industry Service of South Sulawesi Province, thisshows that
the better the discipline, the more the Performance of the Employees of the Industrial Service of South Sulawesi Province.
