dc.description.abstract Nurwahidin Yasin. 2021. The Effect of Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Selayar Islands Regency Land Office, supervised by Abdul Rahman Abdi and Surianto. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of leadership, organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously (2) to determine the most dominant variable on employee performance. The research was conducted from October to November 2021 at the Selayar Islands Regency Land Office. Based on the population of employees at the research location as many as 54 employees, the number of samples that became respondents was determined as 54 employees (α=5%). The research instrument used a questionnaire which was distributed to the respondents. The research method applies a quantitative approach by testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression models. The results show that (1) leadership has a partially significant effect on performance (2) Organizational Culture has a partially significant effect on Performance (3) Work Motivation has a partially significant effect on performance (4) Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation has a significant effect on performance. Simultaneous to the Employee Performance variable, which is indicated by the value of f arithmetic 30,027> f table 2,790 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The R square value of 0.643 indicates that the research variables used are able to explain the Employee Performance variable with an accuracy of 64.3%. The results of the calculation of the relative contribution indicate that the dominant variable that affects the Employee Performance variable at the Selayar Islands Regency Land Office is the Work Motivation variable of 53.6%. en_US
