This study aims to analyze (1) the partial effect of workload, work stress, and compensation on employee performance at the Majene Regency Regional Planning Agency (2) the simultaneous influence of workload, work stress and compensation on employee performance at the Regency Regional Planning Agency of Majene (3) the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Regional Planning Board of Majene Regency.
This study was conducted at the Regional Planning Agency of Majene Regency. Determination of the sample by taking the entire existing population, namely as many as 45 civil servants. Data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires, and documentation techniques. The analytical method used is qualitative and quantitative data using multiple linear regression analysis.
The results show that (1) partially workload, work stress and compensation had no effect on employee performance at the Regional Planning Agency (Bapeda) of Majene Regency (2) simultaneously, work stress and compensation had no effect on employee performance at the Regional Planning Agency (Bapeda) Majene Regency (3) work stress is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance at the Regency Regional Planning Agency (Bapeda).
