dc.description.abstract Saiding. 2021. The influence of Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Climate on Employee Performance in Mamasa District Social Service, guided by Rustam and Mustaking. The research aims to find out and analyze (1) the Influence of Leadership, Job Satisfaction and The Organization's Climate partially on Employee Performance. (2) Simultaneous Influence of Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Climate on Employee Performance. (3) The most dominant variable affects employee performance. The selection of samples in this study was conducted using saturated sampling method (Census),with a sample of 79 employees. Data Analysis Using Multiple Regression Analysis The results showed that (1) partial leadership had a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance with a score of 2,736, job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on employee performance with a score of 3,319, and the organizational climate had a significant positive effect on employee performance with a value of 4,289 (2) simultaneously leadership, job satisfaction and organizational climate positively and significantly affect employee performance with a value of 9,999. (3) the most dominant variable affecting employee performance is the organization's climate variable with a beta value of 0.347 en_US
