This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of leadership on learning facilities at the Cultural Education Office in Polewali Mandar Regency (2) the effect of teacher professionalism on learning facilities at the Cultural Education Office in Polewali Mandar Regency (3) the effect of leadership on PAUD teacher performance at the Cultural Education Office in Polewali Mandar (4) the effect of teacher professionalism on the performance of PAUD teachers at the Cultural Education Office in Polewali Mandar Regency (5) the effect of learning facilities on the PAUD teacher performance at the Cultural Education Office in Polewali Mandar Regency (6) the effect of leadership on the performance of early childhood school teachers through learning facilities at the Education Cultural Office in Polewali Mandar Regency (7) the effect of teacher professionalism on the performance of early childhood school teachers through learning facilities at the Cultural Education Office in Polewali Mandar Regency. This study used a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The population in this study were all PAUD school teachers at the Cultural Education Office of Polewali Mandar Regency by 31 PAUD teachers. In this study, the authors used the saturated sample technique and the census method, where all members of the population were sampled, so that the total sample was 30 teachers. The results of this study indicate that (1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on learning facilities for PAUD school teachers in Polewali Mandar (2) teacher professionalism has a positive but not significant effect on learning facilities toward the performance of PAUD school teachers in Polewali Mandar (3) learning facilities have a positive and positive effect significantly toward the performance of PAUD school teachers in Polewali Mandar Regency (4) leadership has a positive and significant effect toward the performance of PAUD school teachers in Polewali Mandar Regency (5) teacher professionalism has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD teachers in Polewali Mandar Regency (6) leadership has a positive and significant effect on PAUD teacher performance through learning facilities of the Education and Culture Office of Polewali Mandar Regency (7) teacher professionalism has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PAUD teachers through learning facilities of the Polewali Mandar Regency Education and Culture Office. en_US
