dc.description.abstract Sitti Supianah. 2021. The Effect of Training and Career Development on the Performance of State Civil Apparatus through Motivation at the Education and Culture Office of Polewali Mandar Regency, supervised by Muh Idris and Asniwati. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially on the performance of state civil servants through the motivation of the education and culture office of Polewali Mandar district. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Regression. The population in this study is the State Civil Apparatus of the Department of Cultural Education. The number of samples in this study was 69 respondents. The analytical tools used include validity and reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, analysis tests, f tests, t tests, and R2 tests and path analysis The results showed that training and career development had a positive and significant impact on the performance of the state civil apparatus through motivation at the Cultural Education Office of Polewali Mandar Regency simultaneously or partially. en_US
