dc.description.abstract Suratman. 2021. The Effect of Democratic Leadership Style on Teacher Performance in Elementary School Clusters. Inpres Ujung Katinting Kab. Bantaeng, supervised by Sylvia Sjarlis and Asri. This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of the Democratic Leadership Style on Teacher Performance in the Elementary School Cluster. The Inpres Ujung Katinting Kab. Bantaeng (2) analyzes the effect of Work Discipline on Teacher Performance in the Elementary School Cluster. Inpres Ujung Katinting Kab. Bantaeng (3) analyzes the effect of work motivation on teacher performance in the elementary school cluster. The Presidential Instruction of Ujung Katinting Kab. Bantaeng (4) analyzes the Democratic Leadership Style, Work Discipline and Work Motivation which simultaneously affect Teacher Performance in the Elementary School Cluster. Inpres Ujung Katinting Kab. Bantaeng. The research data was obtained through a survey of all teachers in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Bantaeng Regency, which amounted to 35 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to all research respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software. The results of the study conclude that (1) Democratic leadership style had no effect on teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pajukukang District, Bantaeng Regency (2) Work discipline affected teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pajukukang District, Bantaeng Regency (3 ) Motivation affects the performance of teachers in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pajukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. (4) Simultaneously shows that the variables of democratic leadership style, work discipline and work motivation affect teacher performance in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, Pajukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. The author hopes that (1) Leaders who adopt this Style provide equal opportunities for team members to participate more actively in making decisions. It is better if the democratic leadership style is better understood for its advantages (2) Disciplined teachers will have a positive impact on the development of students, so high discipline is needed (3) Work motivation as a process, leads students to experiences that allow them to learn. So that motivation also needs to be further improved (4) the democratic leadership style is very good because it provides opportunities for staff and teachers to submit proposals, ideas and opinions; In working, it is better to instill more discipline and motivate yourself to work better and better. If all three can be implemented together, it will produce superior performance. en_US
