Ahmad Darfin. 2021. The Effect of Principal Leadership of Teacher Competence and Work Environment on Teacher Performance in Region III Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency, supervised by Muhammad Hidayat and Haeranah.
This study aims to determine (1) the effect of the principal's leadership, teacher competence and the work environment partially and simultaneously (2) the most dominant variables that affect teacher performance in Region III Kec. Gantarang Kab. Bulukumba.
The research was conducted in Region III Kec. Gantarang Kab. bulukumba in May 2021
The results show that (1) partially proven that the Principal's Leadershiphad an effect on Teacher Performance in Region III Kec. Gantarang Kab. Bulukumba (2) this study also proves that simultaneously the principal's leadership, teacher competence and work environment affect teacher performance in Region III Kec. Gantarang Kab. Bulukumba (3) the principal's leadership variable is the most dominant variable influencing teacher
performance in Region III Kec. Gantarang Kab. Bulukumba. This study resulted in a coefficient of determination of 67.8% meaning that this study was able to explain the teacher's performance of 67.8% affected by the principal's leadership, teacher competence and work environment while 32.2% is affected by other variables not examined in this study.
