dc.description.abstract Alfiqar. 2021. The Effect of Work Culture, Training and Compensation on Employee Performance at the Majene Regency Bappeda Office, supervised by Mukhtar Hamzah and Harlindah Harniati Arfan. This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of work culture, training and compensation on employee performance partially and simultaneously (2) the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Bappeda Office of Majene Regency. The research was carried out for 3 (three) months, namely August 2020 to October 2020. This type of research is qualitative and quantitative because this research uses a survey method with correlational analysis techniques. The population in this study were all 43 employees of the Majene Regency Bappeda Office. Sampling in this study using Jensus sampling, all of the population as many as 43 people became the research sample. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of Multiple Linear Regression (Multiple Regression Analysis). The results showed (1) Work Culture (X1) of 0.586 (58.6%), Training (X2) of 0.235 (23.5%), Compensation (X3) of 0.338 (33.8%) had a positive and significant effect partially (2) simultaneously Work Culture, Training and Compensation 0,576 (57.6%) (3) Work Culture gives the most dominant influence on employee performance at the Bappeda Office of Majene Regency. en_US
