This research is a quantitative study which aims to determine the effect of
leadership and motivation through work discipline on teacher performance. The
population in this study was 50 people and was determined based on the saturated
sample technique, where all elements of the population were sampled. The data
analysis technique used is path analysis.
The results of this study found: (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect
on teacher work discipline. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant
effect on teacher work discipline. (3) Leadership has a positive and significant
effect on teacher performance (4) Motivation has a positive and significant effect
on teacher performance. (5) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect
on teacher performance. (6) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the
performance of elementary school teachers through work discipline. (7)
Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of elementary
school teachers through work discipline.
