Jamaluddin. 2021. The Effect of Work Commitment, Work Environment, and
Competence on the Performance of Polewali Mandar District Social Service

This study aims to analyze the effect of (1) partially Work Commitment,
Work Environment and Competence on the Performance of the Polewali Mandar
Regency Social Service (2) the simultaneous effect of Work Commitment, Work
Environment and Competence on the Performance of the Polewali Mandar
Regency Social Service (3) the variables that the most dominant effect on the
Performance of Social Service Employees of Polewali Mandar Regency.
This study was conducted on the Social Service Officer of Polewali Mandar
Regency. Determination of the sample using the saturated technique by taking the
entire existing population, as many as 42 people from the Social Service of
Polewali Mandar Regency. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and
document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis
and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that (1) partially work commitment,
work environment and competence had a positive and significant effect on the
performance of the Polewali Mandar District Social Service. This means that
Work Commitment, Work Environment and Competence are able to improve the
Performance of the Polewali Mandar Regency Social Service (2) Simultaneously
Work Commitment, Work Environment and Competence have a positive and
significant effect on the Performance of the Polewali Mandar Regency Social
Service (3) partially show that the variable Work Commitment has a dominant
effect on the Performance of the Polewali Mandar District Social Service, this
shows that the better the Work Commitment will further improve the performance
of the Polewali Mandar District Social Service. |
