Mahdi Nawir. 2021. The Effect of Professional Allowance, Work Discipline, and
School Supervisors toward Teacher Performance at the Elementary School 40
Lumpangang Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency, supervised by
Syarifuddin and Asri.
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of teacher professional
allowances, work discipline, and school supervisors on teacher performance in
the SD Negeri 40 Lumpangang Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency.
This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The data used are
primary data and secondary data generated from the distribution of
questionnaires, observations, and document records. The analytical tool used is
statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis with proof of the
hypothesis through t test to prove the relationship between the independent
variable and the dependent variable partially and the F test to prove the
relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable
simultaneously. There are 78 teachers who are a population and 40 teacher
respondents were selected as samples with a sampling technique using purposive
sampling, namely teachers who teach at the certified SD. Negeri 40 Lumpangang
Cluster, Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency who have been certified.
The results of this study prove that there is an effect of teacher
professional allowances, teacher work discipline and school supervisors on
teacher performance. Teacher professional allowances, work discipline, and
school supervisors have a simultaneous effect on teacher performance. Among the
variables of teacher professional allowance, work discipline, and school
supervisors, the variable teacher work discipline, which dominantly affects
teacher performance in the 40 Lumpangang Elementary School Cluster,
Pa'jukukang District, Bantaeng Regency. |
