Reski Ayu Amalia. 2021. The Effect of Human Capital, Social Capital, and
Organizational Capital Studies on Employee Performance at Bank BRI
Bulukumba Branch, supervised by Saban Echdar and Syafruddin Kitta.
This study aims to study the influence of human capital, social capital
and organizational capital on employee performance at the Bulukumba branch
of BRI Bank.
This study was conducted at the Bulukumba Branch of BRI Bank by
taking 60 employees as the research sample.
The results of this study prove that it is partially proven that the influence
of Human Capital, Social Capital, and Organizational Capital has an effect on
Employee Performance at Bank BRI Bulukumba Branch. This research also
proves that simultaneously the effect of Human Capital, Social Capital and
Organizational Capital influences Employee Performance at Bank BRI
Bulukumba Branch. This study produces a coefficient of determination of 84.0%
which indicates that this research model can explain that employee performance
is influenced by 84.0% of this research variable and 16.0% is influenced by
other variables not examined in this study. |
