The Effect of the Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG), Support System, and Ability on the Availability of Personnel Information at the Regional Personnel Agency of West Sulawesi Province, supervised by Abdul Rahman Abdi and Abdul Khalik. This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the influence of the Personnel Information System, Support System and Ability (work skills) on the availability of personnel information in the Regional Personnel Agency of West Sulawesi Province (2) the influence of the Personnel Information System, Support System and Ability (work skills). Simultaneously on the availability of personnel information at the Regional Personnel Agency of West Sulawesi Province (3) the most dominant variable affects the availability of personnel information at the Regional Personnel Agency of West Sulawesi Province. This approach uses survey research conducted at the Regional Personnel Agency of West Sulawesi Province from July to August 2021. The research population is all employees of the Regional Personnel Agency of West Sulawesi Province. Sampling was done by purposive sampling with different criteria, amounting to 44 people. The results of the study show that (1) partially the personnel information system variable and the support system variable do not affect the availability of personnel information at the Regional Personnel Agency of West Sulawesi Province, while the Ability variable has a positive and significant effect on the availability of personnel information at the Regional Personnel Agency of West Sulawesi Province (2) simultaneously variable personnel information system, support system and ability have a positive and significant effect on the availability of information (3) variable ability has the most dominant influence on the availability of personnel information.
