This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of supervision of
functional officials, facilities and infrastructure, and principal leadership on
teacher performance in the Gugus SD Inpres Ujung Katinting Kec. Pa'jukukang
Kab. bantaeng.
This research is quantitative descriptive. The study was conducted at 8
(eight) elementary schools in the Ujung Katintng Elementary School Cluster,
Pa'jukukang District, Kab. bantaeng. The time of the study was carried out from
May to June 2021. The research population was all teachers from eight elementary
schools in the Ujung Katinting Elementary School Cluster, totaling 131 people. The
sampling technique in this study was proportional random sampling and obtained
a total sample of 57 teachers.
The results showed that (1) the supervision of functional officials had a
positive and significant effect on teacher performance with tcount = 4,668 > ttable
= 2,004 with an effect of 28.4% (2) Facilities and infrastructure had a positive and
significant effect on teacher performance with tcount = 6,649 > ttable = 2,004 with
an effect of 44.6% (3) Principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on
teacher performance with t = 7,275 > ttable = 2,004 with an influence of 49% (4)
Supervision of functional officials, facilities and infrastructure, and principal
leadership schools together have a positive effect on teacher performance with
Fcount = 25.999 > Ftable = 2.678 with an effect of 59.5%.
