Saparuddin. 2021. The Effect of Work Environment, Work Motivation, and Work
Supervision on the Performance of Civil Service Police, Fire and Rescue Unit
Employees of Selayar Islands Regency, supervised by Masdar Mas'ud and Anshar
Daud.
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment,
work motivation, and work supervision on the performance of the civil service
police, fire and rescue units in the Selayar Islands Regency.
The research method used is quantitative research with a descriptive
approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data generated from the
distribution of questionnaires and documentation studies. The analytical tool used
is statistical analysis with multiple linear regression analysis method with proving
the hypothesis through t-test to prove the relationship between the independent
variable and the dependent variable partially and the F-test to prove the
relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable
simultaneously.
This study shows a positive and partially significant effect between the
variables of Work Environment, Work Motivation, and Work Supervision on the
Performance of Civil Service Police, Fire, and Rescue Unit Employees. This study
also shows that there is a positive and significant simultaneous influence between
the variables of Work Environment, Work Motivation, and Work Supervision on the
Performance of Civil Service Police, Fire, and Rescue Units. Work Supervision is
the thing that most dominantly affects the performance of the Civil Service Police,
Fire and Rescue Unit Employees of the Selayar Islands Regency. |
