This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of school operational assistance
program management, work environment, and principal's leadership style on teacher
performance in the elementary school cluster. Negeri 45 Kuncio Kec. Gantarang
Keke Kab. Bantaeng (2) the effect of school operational assistance program
management, work environment, and principal's leadership style simultaneously on
teacher performance in the SD Cluster. Negeri 45 Kuncio Kec. Gantarang Keke Kab.
Bantaeng (3) the most dominant variable affects teacher performance in the
Elementary School Cluster. Negeri 45 Kuncio Kec. Gantarang Keke Kab.
Bantaeng.
This study was conducted in the Elementary School Cluster. Negeri 45
Kuncio Kec. Gantarang Keke Kab. Bantaeng. The research data was obtained
through a survey of all teachers in the SD Cluster. Negeri 45 Kuncio Kec.
Gantarang Keke Kab. Bantaeng, totaling 51 people. Data were collected using a
questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed to all research
respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26
software.
The results of this study indicate that (1) the principal's leadership affects
teacher performance in the SD Cluster. Negeri 45 Kuncio, Gantarang Keke
District, Bantaeng Regency, while the BOS program management and work
environment do not affect teacher performance in the SD Cluster. Negeri 45
Kuncio, Gantarang Keke District, Bantaeng Regency (2) simultaneously, the
variables of BOS program management, work environment and principal's
leadership affect teacher performance in the SD Cluster. Negeri 45 Kuncio,
Gantarang Keke District, Bantaeng Regency (3) partially the most dominant
variable affecting teacher performance (Y) is the principal's leadership. |
