Aminah. 2020. The Effect of Principal Leadership, Teacher Job Satisfaction and
Completeness of School Infrastructure on Teacher Performance at Madrasah
Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Polman, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Muhammad Hidayat.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of principal leadership,
teacher job satisfaction and completeness of school infrastructure partially and
simultaneously on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Polman (2)
the most dominant variables affect teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
Negeri. 1 Polman.
The research approach is a survey approach which was carried out at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Polman. The time of the study was from October to November 2019. This study used a survey method. The population in this study were all teachers of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Polman, as many as 40 people. Sampling
in this study used a saturated sampling technique (census), that is, all of the population
in this study were sampled. The sample used in this study were 40 people. Analysis of
the data used is Multiple Regression Analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis).
The results show that (1) there is a positive and significant influence on the
principal's leadership, teacher job satisfaction and the completeness of school
infrastructure partially and simultaneously on the teacher's performance at Madrasah
Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Polman (2) the principal's leadership is the most dominant variable
affects teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Polman. |
