This study aims to analyze (1) the partial effect of learning media on the
performance of kindergarten teachers in Bontoharu District, Selayar Islands Regency
(2) the partial influence of teacher competence on the performance of kindergarten
teachers in Bontoharu District, Selayar Islands Regency (3) the partial effect of
performance principals on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Bontoharu
District, Selayar Islands Regency. (4) The simultaneous influence of learning media,
teacher competence and principal's performance on the performance of kindergarten
teachers in Bontoharu District, Selayar Islands Regency.
The research approach used is an explanatory quantitative approach. This
research was conducted in Kindergartens throughout the Bontoharu District, Selayar
Islands Regency. The time of the study was carried out from May to June 2021. With a
population of 52 employees. Data analysis used multiple linear regression.
The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive and partially
significant effect of learning media on the performance of kindergarten teachers in
Bontoharu District, Selayar Islands Regency (2) there is a partial positive and
significant influence on teacher competence on the performance of kindergarten
teachers in Bontoharu District, District Selayar Islands (3) there is a positive and
significant influence partially on the performance of school principals on the
performance of kindergarten teachers throughout the Bontoharu District, Selayar
Islands Regency (4) there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence on
learning media, teacher competence and principal performance on the performance of
kindergarten teachers throughout - Bontoharu District, Selayar Islands Regency.
