Hanisah. 2021. The Influence of Professionalism, Emotional Intelligence and
Work Motivation on Teacher Performance in Public Elementary Schools in
Bacukiki District. (Supervised by Mashur Razak and Andi Ririn).
This research is a quantitative study using a survey research design. The research
objective was to examine and analyze the effect of professionalism, emotional
intelligence and work motivation on teacher performance in public elementary
schools in Bacukiki sub-district.
The population used in this study were all public elementary school teachers in
Bacukik sub-district. The sample was determined by using a purposive technique
in which the researcher took the sample as needed. Data analysis using multiple
regression test.
The results of the T test show that professionalism and work motivation have a
significant effect on teacher performance, while Emotional Intelligence does not
have a significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, the F test shows that
professionalism, emotional intelligence and work motivation simultaneously
influence teacher performance. |
