dc.description.abstract Hanisah. 2021. The Influence of Professionalism, Emotional Intelligence and Work Motivation on Teacher Performance in Public Elementary Schools in Bacukiki District. (Supervised by Mashur Razak and Andi Ririn). This research is a quantitative study using a survey research design. The research objective was to examine and analyze the effect of professionalism, emotional intelligence and work motivation on teacher performance in public elementary schools in Bacukiki sub-district. The population used in this study were all public elementary school teachers in Bacukik sub-district. The sample was determined by using a purposive technique in which the researcher took the sample as needed. Data analysis using multiple regression test. The results of the T test show that professionalism and work motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance, while Emotional Intelligence does not have a significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, the F test shows that professionalism, emotional intelligence and work motivation simultaneously influence teacher performance. en_US
