Effectiveness of the Teaching and Learning Process at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1

This study aims to analyze the effect of Class Management and Teacher
Competence on the Effectiveness of the Teaching and Learning Process either partially
or simultaneously.
This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Polewali Mandar
during October to November 2019. The sources of data in this study were secondary
data sourced from information at the research institution, scientific journals and books
related to the object of research and primary data obtained directly from the
respondents or the sample in this study. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear
regression analysis.
The results show that (1) Teacher's Class Management has a positive and
significant effect on the Effectiveness of the Teaching and Learning Process of
Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Polewali Mandar (2) Teacher Competence has a positive
and significant effect on the Effectiveness of the Teaching and Learning Process of
Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Polewali Mandar (3) Class management and teacher
competence simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of
the teaching and learning process at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Polewali Mandar.
