The research aims to identify and analyze competence, career development, and
work motivation individually and jointly on the performance of employees in the
Bulo District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency, as well as the most dominant
variables on employee performance at the Bulo District Head Office, Polewali
Mandar Regency.
This research design uses survey research that takes a sample from one population
and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The research was
conducted at the Head Office of Bulo, Polewali Mandar Regency. The research
period was from February to March 2021. The population in the study were all
employees of the Head Office of Bulo, Polewali Mandar Regency, totaling 45 people.
The sampling technique used in this study was census sampling or saturated samples,
that is, the sample size represents all populations. The number of samples in this
study were 45 respondents. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis
(multiple regression analysis)
The results showed that there was an influence between competence, career
development and work motivation separately and together on the performance of the
employees of the Bulo District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency, and the motivation
variable that had the most dominant influence on the performance of the employees
of the Balanipa District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency. |
