dc.description.abstract Sri Wardianti Soalehe, 2021. The Effect of Motivation and Job Satisfaction on the performance of ASN Education and Culture Binamu UPTD Jeneponto Regency. Supervised by Maryadi and Muhammad Idris. This study aims to determine and analyze: 1) The effect on the performance and job satisfaction partially of ASN Education and Culture Binamu UPTD Jeneponto Regency, 2) Influence of motivation and job satisfaction on performance of ASN Education and Culture Binamu UPTD Jeneponto Regency, 3) The most dominant variable on the performance of ASN Education and Culture Binamu UPTD Jeneponto Regency. Type of the research is descriptive quantitative method. The research was conducted at the Education and Culture Binamu UPTD Jeneponto Regency. The study was conducted during May – June 2021 using 59 populations as saturated samples with Multiple Regression Analysis. The findings showed that: 1) motivation and job satisfaction had a partial effect on the performance of ASN at the Education and Culture Binamu UPTD Jeneponto Regency. This means that motivation and job satisfaction individually can improve the performance of ASN Education and Culture Binamu UPTD Jeneponto Regency, 2) motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of ASN Education and Culture Office Binamu UPTD Jeneponto Regency. This means that motivation and job satisfaction together can improve the performance of ASN Education and Culture Binamu UPTD Jeneponto Regency, 3) job satisfaction is the variable that most influences the performance of ASN Education and Culture Binamu UPTD Jeneponto Regency. This means that if job satisfaction is high, the performance also more high. en_US
