This study aims to determine whether: 1) Organizational climate affects job satisfaction, 2) Compensation has an effect on job satisfaction, 3) compensation has an effect on job satisfaction, 4) Motivation has an effect on employee job satisfaction at P.T. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Sungguminasa Gowa Branch.
The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires related to Organizational Climate, Compensation, Motivation and job satisfaction to 60 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research is multiple regression using the SPSS application.
The results show that 1) Organizational climate partially affects job satisfaction, 2) Compensation partially affects job satisfaction, 3) Motivation partially affects job satisfaction, 4) Organizational climate, compensation and motivation simultaneously affect job satisfaction, and 5) motivation has a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Sungguminasa Gowa Branch .
