This study aims to analyze the effect of the supervision of principals and emotional intelligence of teachers, both partially and simultaneously on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang, Majene Regency.
The research method used is a survey research method in which the population in this study were all high school teachers 1 Pamboang Majene Regency, as many as 51 people. The sampling technique is saturated sampling (census), where all populations are sampled as many as 51 teachers in SMA 1 Pamboang, Majene Regency.
The results obtained by the implementation of supervision of school principals and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect partially on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang Majene Regency, so that the higher the implementation of supervision of school principals and teacher emotional intelligence will improve teacher performance and there is a significant influence (jointly) between the supervision of the principal and emotional intelligence of the teacher on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang, Majene Regency.
