dc.description.abstract Farhani. 2020. The Effect of Supervision of School Principals and Emotional Intelligence on the Performance of 1 Pamboang High School Teachers in Majene Regency, supervised by Muh Idris and Muh Said. This study aims to analyze the effect of the supervision of principals and emotional intelligence of teachers, both partially and simultaneously on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang, Majene Regency. The research method used is a survey research method in which the population in this study were all high school teachers 1 Pamboang Majene Regency, as many as 51 people. The sampling technique is saturated sampling (census), where all populations are sampled as many as 51 teachers in SMA 1 Pamboang, Majene Regency. The results obtained by the implementation of supervision of school principals and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect partially on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang Majene Regency, so that the higher the implementation of supervision of school principals and teacher emotional intelligence will improve teacher performance and there is a significant influence (jointly) between the supervision of the principal and emotional intelligence of the teacher on the performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang, Majene Regency. en_US
