This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of certification, professional ability, and teacher work ethic partially and simultaneously on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang, Majene Regency (2) the most dominant variable affecting performance.
The research method used is a survey where the population in this study is all 30 teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang, Majene Regency. The sampling technique was saturated sampling (census), where all the population was sampled as many as 30 teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang, Majene Regency.
The results showed that (1) certification, professional ability, and work ethic have a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang Majene Regency (2) work ethic is the most dominant variable affecting teacher performance.
