PENGARUH SERTIFIKASI, KEMAMPUAN PROFESIONAL DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA NEGERI 1 PAMBOANG KABUPATEN MAJENE

The Effect of Certification, Professional Ability, and Work Ethic towards Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang Majene Regency, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Deddy Rahwandi Rahim. This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of certification, professional ability, and teacher work ethic partially and simultaneously on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang, Majene Regency (2) the most dominant variable affecting performance. The research method used is a survey where the population in this study is all 30 teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang, Majene Regency. The sampling technique was saturated sampling (census), where all the population was sampled as many as 30 teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang, Majene Regency. The results showed that (1) certification, professional ability, and work ethic have a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Pamboang Majene Regency (2) work ethic is the most dominant variable affecting teacher performance.
