dc.description.abstract HERMAWATI. The Influence Of Education And Training, Motivation And Work Culture On Performance Of Employees In The Civil Service Police Department Of Pinrang Regency. (Supervised by Maryadi and Mukhtar Hamzah). The aim of the research was to determine the influence The influence of work culture on performance Of employees in the Civil Service Police Department of Pinrang regency. The method used in the research was quantitative with associative explanative survey study type. The research was conducted in Pinrang regency and the population were employees in the Civil Service police department of Pinrang regency. The sample was obtained by census technique, which took a total population of 99 employees. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and path analysis to determine the description and influence between variables both direct and indirect influences. This study uses two independent variables namely work culture (X1), incentives (X2), and job satisfaction (Z) as mediating variables while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The results showed that there were direct and indirect effects of work culture and incentives through job satisfaction on employee performance in the Civil Service Police Department of Pinrang Regency. The results of the path analysis showed a significant influence between the independent variables, namely: work culture (X1), and incentives (X2), with the dependent variable namely: employee performance (Y) either through mediating variables namely job satisfaction (Z) or not. The direct influence of work culture (X1) on performance (Y) was 18.7% while the indirect effect of work culture (X1) through job satisfaction (Z) on employee performance (Y) was 20.5% so the total effect was 39, 2%. The direct effect of giving incentives (X2) on performance (Y) was 18.4% while the indirect effect of providing incentives (X2) through job satisfaction (Z) on employee performance (Y) was 19.8%, so the total effect was 38, 2%. So, job satisfaction is able to mediate work culture and provide incentives for employee performance at the Pinrang Regency Civil Service Police Department and is referred to as Partial Mediation. en_US
