Abstract:
Sofyan. 2020. This study aims to examine and explain (1) the influence of the work
environment, work motivation and organizational commitment partially on the quality of
public services during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperation and UKM, Selayar Islands Regency (2) work, work motivation and organizational commitment simultaneously to the quality of public services during the
Covid-19 pandemic at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperation and UKM, Selayar
Islands Regency.
The research approach used is a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperation and UKM, Selayar Islands Regency. When the research was conducted starting in July 2020. With a population of 81 people.
The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a partially insignificant effect of the work
environment on the quality of public services during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperation and UKM, Selayar Islands Regency (2) there is a positive and significant effect on work motivation partially on the quality of public services during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperation and UKM, Selayar Islands Regency (3) there is a positive and significant effect of organizational commitment partially on the quality of public services during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Industry, Trade Service , Co-operation and UKM of Selayar Islands Regency (4) there is a positive and significant influence of the work environment, work motivation and organizational commitment simultaneously on the quality of public services during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperation and UKM of Selayar Islands Regency.
