Abstract:
Alifqa Akhsanul Kholiq. 2021. The Effect of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Environment on Personnel Performance at the Mobile Brigade Unit of the South
Sulawesi Regional Police, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Haeranah.
This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Environment partially on Personnel Performance at the Brimob Unit Satker Polda South Sulsawesi (2) the effect of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Environment simultaneously on Personnel Performance at the Satker Brimob Unit Polda Sulsel (3) the most dominant variable affects the performance of the personnel at the Mobile Brigade Unit of the South Sulawesi Police.
This study was conducted on the personnel at the Mobile Brigade Unit of the South Sulawesi Police. Determination of the sample using the saturation technique by taking the entire existing population, which is as many as 50 Satker of the South Sulawesi Police Mobile Brigade Unit. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study conclude that (1) partially Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on Personnel
Performance at the Mobile Brigade Unit of the South Sulawesi Police. This means that
Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Environment are able to improve Personnel
Performance at the Mobile Brigade Unit of the South Sulawesi Police (2) Simultaneously Leadership Style, Motivation, and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on Personnel Performance at the South Sulawesi Police Mobile Brigade Unit (3) partially shows that the motivational variable has a dominant effect on the performance of the personnel at the Mobile Brigade Unit of the South Sulawesi Police. This shows that the better the motivation, the better the performance of the personnel at the Mobile Brigade Unit of the South Sulawesi Police.
