This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of supervision and work motivation
on employee performance at the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat.
This research approach uses survey research. The research was conducted at the
Secretariat of the Mamuju Regency DPRD. The research period was approximately 2
(two) months. The population was 69 employees of the DPRD Mamuju Regency
Secretariat. The sample is determined by a saturated sampling technique (census), so that all populations are sampled. Quantitative data analysis techniques obtained from
questionnaires using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis).
The results showed that there was an effect of supervision and work motivation on
employee performance at the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat.
