dc.description.abstract | Puspawati. 2020. The Effect of Supervision and Work Motivation on Employee Performance of the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat (supervised by H. Saban Echdar and Saripuddin D) This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of supervision and work motivation on employee performance at the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat. This research approach uses survey research. The research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Mamuju Regency DPRD. The research period was approximately 2 (two) months. The population was 69 employees of the DPRD Mamuju Regency Secretariat. The sample is determined by a saturated sampling technique (census), so that all populations are sampled. Quantitative data analysis techniques obtained from questionnaires using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis). The results showed that there was an effect of supervision and work motivation on employee performance at the Mamuju Regency DPRD Secretariat. | en_US |
