This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of democratic leadership style,
work facilities, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency.
Research is a process to solve problems based on data obtained from the field. This
research used survey research type. The research was conducted at the Regional
Secretariat of Pinrang Regency. In this study, the population is employees at the
Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency, amounting to 90 people. The sample was
determined by a saturated sampling technique (census), where all the population was
sampled as many as 90 employees at the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency. The
data analysis used is multiple regression analysis.
The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the
influence of democratic leadership style, work facilities, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Pinrang Regency.
