Nornaningsi. 2021. The Effect of Organizational Climate, Leadership and Job Satisfaction
on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Personnel Board of West Sulawesi

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the partial effect of organizational climate, leadership and job satisfaction on the performance of civil servants at the Regional
Personnel Agency of West Sulawesi Province (2) the simultaneous effect of organizational
climate, leadership and job satisfaction on the performance of civil servants at the Regional Personnel Agency in West Sulawesi Province (3) the dominant variable affects the performance of civil servants at the Regional Personnel Board of West Sulawesi Province.
This approach uses survey research conducted at the Regional Personnel Agency of West Sulawesi Province from August to September 2021. The research population is all
employees of the Regional Personnel Agency of West Sulawesi Province. The sampling of
this research was carried out using a saturated sampling technique (census) so that the
samples used in this study were all 49 employees at the Regional Personnel Agency of West Sulawesi Province.
The test results show that (1) partially organizational climate, leadership and job satisfaction variables have a significant positive effect on the performance of civil servants
at the Regional Personnel Agency of West Sulawesi Province (2) simultaneously the
variables of organizational climate, leadership and job satisfaction have a significant
positive effect on the performance of civil servants in Regional Personnel Agency of West
Sulawesi Province (3) job satisfaction variable has the most dominant influence on the
performance of civil servants at the Regional Personnel Agency of West Sulawesi Province.
