Abstract:
Hasnia. 2021. The Influence of Participation in Budgeting, Job Relevant
Information and Organizational Commitment to Managerial Performance in the
Government of West Sulawesi Province, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Asri.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of budgetary
participation, job-relevant information, and organizational commitment partially
and simultaneously on managerial performance in the Provincial Government of
West Sulawesi (2) the variables that have a dominant influence on managerial
performance in the Provincial Government of West Sulawesi.
This research approach uses survey research conducted in the West
Sulawesi Provincial Government from July to August 2021. The research
population is all employees in the West Sulawesi Provincial Government spread
over 42 SKPD. Determination of the sample in this study through
purposive sampling with criteria of Head of Service / at the level of the head of
the service and the Head of the Division, so that the number of samples is 126
people.
The test results show that (1) partially the variables of budgetary
participation, job-relevant information, and organizational commitment have a
significant positive effect on managerial performance in the West
Sulawesi
Provincial Government (2) simultaneously the variables of budgetary
participation, job-relevant information, and organizational commitment have a
significant positive effect toward managerial performance in the West Sulawesi
Provincial Government (3) organizational commitment variable has the most
dominant influence on managerial performance in the West Sulawesi Provincial
Government with the most excellent Beta determination value of 0.291 or 29.1%.
