This study aims to (1) determine the effect of partial competence on the
Performance of the Working Group on the Selection of Goods/Services Providers
in the Parepare City Government (2) determine the partial effect of discipline on
the Performance of the Employees of the Working Group on the Selection of
Goods/Services Providers in the Parepare City Government (3 ) find out the effect
of partial motivation on the performance of the Working Group Employees on the
Selection of Goods/Services Providers in the City Government of Parepare (4) to
determine the effect of competence, discipline, and motivation simultaneously on
performance (5) to determine the most dominant variable affecting the
performance of group employees Work on the Selection of Goods Providers/in the
Parepare City Government.
This research was conducted in the Working Group on the Selection of
Goods/Services Providers in the Parepare City Government, totaling 50 people.
This study used a saturated sample by determining the entire population, namely
50 Pokja Elections, Procurement Officials (PP), and Commitment Making
Officers (PPK) of the Parepare City Government. The data collection method
used is a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical
analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study conclude that (1) partially competence has a
significant effect on employee performance in the Working Group on the Selection
of Goods/Services Providers in the City Government of Parepare (2) partially
discipline has a significant effect on employee performance in the Working Group
on the Selection of Goods/Services Providers in the Government City of Parepare
(3) partially motivation has a significant effect on employee performance in the
Working Group on the Selection of Goods/Service Providers in the City
Government of Parepare (4) simultaneously competence, discipline, and motivation
significantly affect employee performance in the Working Group on Selection of
Goods Providers/ Services in the Parepare City Government (5) Competence is the
most dominant variable in the Working Group on the Selection of Goods/Services
Providers in the Parepare City Government.
