Abstract:
Makmur. 2021. The Effect of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Work
Motivation on Employee Performance at the Pangkep Distric One-Stop
Investmen and Service Office, supervised by Syamsul Alam and Mukhtar Hamzah.
This study aims to (1) analyze the effect of leadership style on employee
performance (2) analyze the effect of work environment on employee performance
(3) analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance (4) analyze the
effect of leadership style, work environment and work motivation on employee
performance (5) what is the most dominant variable affecting employee
performance.
This approach uses quantitative research conducted at the Pangkep
Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office from 15 June 2021 to
15 July 2021. The research population is all Pangkep Regency Investment and
One-Stop Integrated Service Office employees, amounting to 55 people. The
sample selection in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling
method (census), namely by determining all the population as a total sample of 55
employees.
The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive effect of
leadership style on employee performance (2) there is a positive effect of the work
environment on employee performance (3) there is a positive effect of work
motivation on employee performance (4) there is a positive effect of leadership
style, work environment and work motivation on employee performance (5) work
environment is the most dominant variable affecting employee performance.
