Abstract:

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, work
motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Industry Office of South
Sulawesi Province.
This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at the
Industry Office of South Sulawesi Province. The time of the study was carried out starting
in April 2021. The number of employees at the Industry Office of South Sulawesiwas 73
people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling
method (census), namely by determining all employees as a sample, namely as many as 73
respondents.
The results show that: 1) There is a partial influence of leadership style, work
motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Industry Office of South
Sulawesi Province, 2) There is a simultaneous influence of leadership style, work
motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Industry Office of South
Sulawesi Province.
