This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of School Supervisor
Academic Supervision, Motivation, and Work Discipline on Teacher Performance
at SD Negeri 45 Kuncio, Gantarangkeke District, Bantaeng Regency.
This research approach uses quantitative research conducted from May to June
2020. The research population is all teachers at SD Negeri 45 Tombolo,
Gantarangkeke District, Bantaeng Regency. The sample of this research is 3
schools with 30 teachers.
The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive and significant effect
of Supervision of School Academic Supervisors on Teacher Performance in the
Elementary School Cluster 45 Tombolo, Gantarangkeke District, Bantaeng
Regency (2) There is a positive and significant influence on Teacher Work
Motivation on Teacher Performance in the Elementary School Cluster 45
Tombolo, Gantarangkeke District. Bantaeng Regency (3) there is a positive and
significant influence of Teacher Work Discipline on Teacher Performance in the
45 SD Negeri Kuncio District, Gantarangkeke District, Bantaeng Regency (4)
there is a positive and significant influence on the Supervision of School
Academic Supervisors, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on the Teacher
Performance of the 45 Elementary School, Gantarangkeke District, Bantaeng
Regency. This means that simultaneously the independent variables (Supervision
of School Academic Supervisors, Work Motivation and Work Discipline) Affect
Teacher Performance in the 45 Tombolo Elementary School, Gantarangkeke
District, Bantaeng Regency.
