Siswayani. 2021. The Effect of Compensation, Work Motivation, and Work Environment
on Employee Performance at the Housing and Land Affairs Office of South Sulawesi
Province, guided by Ahmad Firman and H. Muhammad Hidayat.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of Compensation, Work
Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Housing and Land
Affairs Office of South Sulawesi Province (2) the most dominant variables affecting
employee performance at the Provincial Land and Settlement Housing Office in South
Sulawesi.
This study approach uses a quantitative approach which was carried out at the
Housing and Land Affairs Office of South Sulawesi Province in April 2021. The research
population was employees of the South Sulawesi Province Housing and Settlement Area
Housing Service as many as 116 people. Determination of the sample by simple random
sampling as many as 90 employees.
The results show that (1) there is a positive and significant effect between
compensation on employee performance (2) there is a positive and significant influence
between work motivation on employee performance (3) there is a positive and
significant effect between the work environment on employee performance (4)
simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between compensation, work
motivation and work environment on employee performance (5) the most dominant work
environment variable on employee performance of the Housing and Land Areas Office of
South Sulawesi Province.
