Abstract:

and Discipline towards the Performance of Mariso District Office

This study aims to analyze (1) the partial effect of Human Resource
Development, Motivation and Discipline on the Performance of Mariso
Subdistrict Office employees, Makassar City (2) the simultaneous effect
of Human Resource Development, Motivation and Discipline on the
performance of Mariso Subdistrict Office employees Makassar City (3)
the most dominant variable affects the employees at the Mariso District
Office, Makassar City.
This research was conducted on employees of the Mariso District
Office, Makassar City. Determination of the sample using the saturation
technique by taking the entire population as many as 49 employees. Data
collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The
analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear
regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that (1) partially Human
Resource Development, Motivation, and Discipline have a positive and
significant effect on employee performance at the Mariso District
Office, Makassar City (2) simultaneously Human Resource
Development, Motivation and Discipline have a positive and significant
effect on the performance of employees at the Mariso District Office
Makassar (3) partially shows that work motivation is the most dominant
variable affects the performance of the Mariso District Office Makassar
City employees, which means that the better work motivation will furtherly
improve the performance of the Mariso District Office Makassar City
employees.
