Satisfaction at Polewali Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Polewali Mandar

This study uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design that aims
to determine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables where
the measurement of cause and effect is simultaneous.
The results showed that the quality of service increased the rate of outpatient
services with the variables of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and
Tangible affecting outpatient satisfaction at the General Hospital. Polewali area,
Polewali Mandar Regency.
Service quality consisting of Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy,
and Tangibles partially and simultaneously affects patient satisfaction. The reliability
variable's existence most influences the satisfaction of outpatients at the Polewali
Mandar District General Hospital.
